  • Slow cooked, tender, beef cheek, with a potato fondant and anchovy butter     $30
  • Toulouse sausage, colcannon mash, toasted tomato and a red wine jus              $28
  • King prawn linguine, with Spanish ham (hamon), rocket leaves and lemon      $29 
  • Pan roasted snapper fillet, in garlic, with wilted spinach, chorizo, and clam butter  $35
